Well, my 25-year-old editions of C&K + 5-6 players don't have the latest rules revisions. Robber in C&K is frozen until first barbarian attack! No special building phase in 5-6, but new faster "paired player" rules as of a year ago! Next try may go smoother & faster, perhaps.

Well, I’d been jonesing to play some proper Catan. Tonight we ended up in a 6-player Cities & Knights game. Well. Maybe that configuration is too much; four hours to finish. Two would have been fine. Catan with 3-4 players is the way to go.

Learned how to play Harmonies. It’s not about music at all. It appears to be about aliens building arcologies to save animals? Dunno. Simple rules, all about spatial relationships, needs better reference cards for the 5 different terrains, each with its own scoring. Box says 30 minutes, expect 60+.
