I've been making games for 24 years, and still don't understand all of these concepts. That is why I am so thankful of people like you who do understand this and can put it into easier to understand formats for people like me.

Was Arura St, Mansfield your old haunt, since that street actually exists?

Battling with online services and third-party libraries that are themselves released in various stages of incompleteness and never really finished.

Back then, worked on a standalone game from start to physical release. Then moved onto the next standalone game, from start to physical release. These days, working on projects, tools and libraries that are never really finished, just released in various stages of incompleteness.

DOTween has been great. I have used it on several client projects. A terrific library.

I'm still learning this thing. This "Game Dev" feed seems quite good. https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:4jrld6fwpnwqehtce56qshzv/feed/game-dev

Aussie game dev veteran, 23 years and counting. TY the Tasmanian Tiger, The Legend of Spyro, and many more. Grumpy old programmer. I have a game character named after me. Volunteers for way too much stuff. Also organizes live music events, plays with stage lighting, sound mixing and more. #GameDev
