It might be worth seeing the difference between scenes just while recording and how it affects things. Maybe using process of elimination to make separate scenes to narrow down if a specific source is doing it.

If I recall correctly, don't hidden (eye closed) scenes still render in the background? I may be remembering this wrong, but I thought that's why some people use a separate scene as well as just having a way to have a fast transition between in-game, brb, ending stream.

It's not that I mind when games do this - I like adult content actually! However, development iterations spent on this could be spent instead making the game good first. Usually when I see similar content in other games at this point in their lives then it's a cash grab for a slowly sinking ship.
