The entire Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde, the Indian Lake series by Stephen Graham Jones, and the Peabody series by Elizabeth Peters are my all time faves. The Scholomance series is phenomenal. And it’s just a cozy, but I do enjoy The Maid series as well.

It’s funny how that works, isn’t it? Just missing the conversations among people whose wit and thought processes I enjoy and admire? I knew I’d missed it but didn’t realize how much. I guess I’m saying I’m still really happy this platform exists.

Sure! 😄 we do a deep dive book study pairing Addie LaRue to The Odyssey, digging into the gender dynamics, the supernatural elements, the themes — it’s soooo much fun

One of my favorite people is my school librarian. She really helped me stick with writing and publishing my first kids book! Being a children’s selection librarian must be incredible. So many great books coming out every day.
