Quick search on Wikipedia: trump appointed Brown to be the Chief of Staff of the Air Force in 2020. When Mark Milley retired, Biden nominated Brown to the Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff. trump has now removed this successful, experienced black man without cause in favor of a white man.
