You write badass Victorian mysteries. She was a 6-foot priestess with a gold prosthetic eye. I’d say you’re pretty much even-steven. 😉

I’m so glad you posted this to Bluesky. Thank you! I was thinking, I’m no longer on twitter, but it would be nice to vote. 🩷

This one is so hard!!! I’m actually seeing a concert version of the stage adaptation of Anastasia tomorrow at Lincoln Center with several original members of the Broadway cast.

It doesn’t get to me that he signed the cards by himself. But the fact that he’s dismissing her feelings as ridiculous and not worth having an honest, open conversation about? Now THAT is a red flag.

Ariana Grande as my therapist? That would certainly be interesting. 😂

It sounds modern, but its definition of “thrown into confusion” is actually from 1719. 🙂

Moll Flanders. Moll Flanders. Moll Flanders. Moll Flanders. Did I mention that I love Moll Flanders, because I do? 😉

I've been to 13 of those cities. I'm going to Vegas in June. I might have been to some of the Floridan cities, but I'm not sure which. I tried to see theater in Buffalo but failed at that attempt. In addition to NYC and London, I've seen theater in White Plains, NY; Millburn, NJ; and Lauderhill, FL.

I had to stop watching the news since the US election for sheer mental health preservation, but sometimes it's like, I would like to know about the state of Northern Ireland or South Korean martial law. 🙃

Funnily enough, I'm planning to make shrimp paste next week. My mom got a Stephen Colbert cookbook from library and had it while I was over for Thanksgiving and he's from Charleston, SA. I looked at the book and thought, dang, I've got to try that. lol

That sounds awesome. I'm personally a lox addict. Seriously, the number of times I've gotten philadelphia roll sushi over the last 7 years insane. 😂

I don’t think the Phantom score is that great. It’s not a score I feel like listening to that often. There. I said it. Lol

The depressing ones tend to have the best songs. The songs tend to embody those emotions and feelings of despair. Lol

Kinky Boots (had the plot of a tv movie) and also the new production of Merrily We Roll Along (I didn’t care about Frank’s character and the way they valued theater over film felt pretentious.)

I still remember in Kindergarten, Eric crying because the teachers told him he couldn’t be a kangaroo because the girls would be kangaroos and the boys would be lions. I played a gender neutral animal. It’s crazy how the teachers’ insanity stuck in my head for 26 years.

I have a different translation for this photos. 1. You can make yourself 5 omelettes and top a piece of toast with a fried egg. 2. and 3. Go buy more eggs. The supermarket is over there.

I wonder how many people died of diseases because United Healthcare denied them lifesaving treatment in order to save money.

I question the legality of this. If this was bigger surgery, the individual getting it would sign a form saying that she’s allowing them to perform this procedure and ONLY this procedure. They can’t legally perform a nose job if she only gives consent for a chin implant.

I do the same. It’s not even the physical act of cleaning that gets to me. It’s the mental act of making a list of all the things needed to clean a home that overwhelms me. You can blame the ADHD that also makes me creative enough to write novels in the first place. Lol

I was thinking of sick children, but yes, 100% that too. And single people who have to do their own housework, which is a lot.
