The US Marshals report to the Director of the US Marshal Service and that person reports to the DOJ and the DOJ reports to Felon 47. So yes, they're supposed to enforce Judges' rules, but will they?

That's the scary part. The rulings are enforced by the US Marshals, who report to the director of the US Marshals service who, in turn, reports to the US Attorney General, who was appointed by Felon 47.
