Yes definitely, I wonder how much that's already happened with software, but I do not know how locked down it is or how much effort has gone into bypassing restrictions. Trying to redo it from scratch sounds fascinating and nightmarish at the same time.

The engine is very non-trivial, but could be managed by UK/EU, maybe. It's the software side that could get thorny. But it's for action against Russia w/out US they need quantity rather than capability.

The French Revolution or the Russian one are the best and most important imo. Iirc he starts with the English or American ones which are less relevant, although interesting.

I don’t understand how the people with influential roles in our political system, in our media, aren’t capable of comparing their own reactions across literally just a few months and saying “Hey, the vastly greater violation produced no reaction. Maybe I am part of the problem”
