The problem right now is the US Marshal Service reports to TWO branches of the government - Executive and Judicial.
Historically, they have collaborated one another in mutual respect.

JFC - we didn't SEND $140 billion to Ukraine in suitcases filled with unmarked bills. We sent them weapons, ammunition & other military supplies. 90% of the money went back into the US economy to make replacement ammunition & military supplies.
