A friend drove two hours today for her breast cancer chemotherapy only to learn it was canceled due to NIH cuts. Clinical trial ended midstream. No treatment, no restart, no plan, no information. Her bro-in-law's chemo was also canceled.

Trump has carted out an asked and answered question about the legality of autopen use. Presidents as far back as Jefferson have used it in one form or another. In 2005, Pres GW Bush sought legal clarification from the DOJ. It was determined by the Office of Legal Counsel to be binding.
