The amount of software fuckery you have to do to a Wii U to get a decent image out of it in vWii mode, my god. No stone was left unturned, but at least 480p games look decent enough on my TV now. Just have to live with 4:3 and some occasional letterboxing here and there.

After dragging myself through FFXV, both parts of VIIR, and a good chunk of XVI, finding out XIII-2 is just a regular-ass video game has been great. Smaller in scope, less emphasis on minigames/one-time mechanics, fantastic combat system and soundtrack. Every common complaint about XIII? Fixed here
