The Trump effect? The dollar has fallen sharply against the Euro, the Pound, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, and more. The people of the USA are going to feel the effects of the Trumpcession very soon and I suspect that they won’t be very happy about it.

Trump's hateful and far right rhetoric is poisonous and dangerous. Trump needs to be taught a harsh lesson. The way Trump behaves is not normal, it is not acceptable behaviour and it should not be rewarded. Allies of the USA should pause their relationship until the USA has a competent President.

I literally deleted Twitter this morning after joining Bluesky. Twitter or X or whatever it is calling itself now has become Russian propaganda. It’s unusable and I suspect it will tank in the coming months due to the current situation.

Keir Starmer did the right thing by committing more military aid to Ukraine. Meanwhile, Trump remains Putin’s puppet, undermining democracy and weakening support for our allies. The UK stepping up is a good sign, but European nations must outmaneuver Trump's narcissistic ego to keep moving forward.
