This is nrf52840 based instead of esp32, so it probably has very good battery life.

Wow this is cool. And about the same price as a pair of MoCA adapters.

I fixed it for you. “People need to start listening to smart people.”

The cryptocurrency haters are too loud on BlueSky.

It’s not that women should be having sex with these people. It’s that these people did not feel like they needed to develop the social skills and empathy needed.

For anyone else who doesn't know how tariffs work in the context of interest rates: - Tariffs are inflationary. They cause the costs to go up. - Lower interest rates are also inflationary. More money gets pumped into the system. - The Fed's job is to keep inflation from getting out of hand.

Honest question: Trump has been trying to dismantle the federal government. Why should democrats help him further?

Same. Luckily I don’t have much I need to make happen today.

4.3 (4 plus 1 click), though I'll grind coarser with more dense beans. That's probably around a 3.3 with the standard Ode 2 burrs. I also manually slow feed beans into the hopper to minimize fines. And use a Abaca filters, which are fairly fast.

Exactly! The ultralights have some more interesting qualities that come out. I love all the different flavors you can get out of them depending on the bean.

✋ I’m brewing mostly ultralights these days. Single origin, but all different regions and processing methods. Fellow Ode 2 modded with MP burrs, grinding medium fine. Pourovers on an Origami. 12g beans with 200g water at 96C, 4 pours, 2:30-3:00 TBT.

Unless you can somehow get judges and police that interpret and follow the rules of smart contracts, you need laws and regulations to interface with existing government.

The reality is that the real useful things need to work in the context of the rest of the world, and that necessitates regulation. You want enforceable ownership of goods that don’t exist on the blockchain (real estate, stocks, art, etc)? Or enforceable contracts in general?

Half and half is ~11% fat. So you’re saying we need to mix a bit of half and half into our whole milk? I’m in.

Is this where Ethereum is now? The underlying tech is all there to enable user friendliness for all, and we just need some nice wallets to tie it all together.

Why’d they put you on the blocklists anyway? Which ones?

Keybase.io still works after getting acquired by Zoom. But I don’t think there’s any active development.

Yet you’re still here. I take it you have enough positive engagement to keep you around? I have also been surprised to have gotten blocked here once, for gently taking someone out of their comfort zone a bit. But I still think the signal to noise ratio here is better than the other site.

TL;DR darker roasts have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to differences in extraction yield, not because roasting removes caffeine from the beans.

How about, “Kids didn’t let me sleep and I have shit to do. Do I skip coffee so I can nap when they do? Or have coffee now and power through, but be exhausted later.”

Terminator 2 was my favorite movie as a kid. Glad to hear kids of this generation appreciate it too!
