Born rich. Founded businesses that depend on gov R and D, taxpayer $$$$ and tax incentives to survive. Lied his way to the US on student visa--did not spend one day in school and instead worked illegally as this is where the tax dollars are biggest. Would have been bankrupt but for the US taxpayer.
