Lügen sind bewusste Falschaussagen. Aus den vorliegenden PKS Daten in Kombination mit den Dunkelzahlen konnte Merz plausiblerweise zu dem Schluss kommen, dass es tatsächlich täglich passiert. Dementsprechend möglicherweise eine Falschaus. aber keine Lüge.

Nein eben nicht unmöglich. Zu den Gruppenvergewaltigungen nennen sie keine Belege. Warum erwähnen sie Vergewaltigungen von Bekannten? Das hat mit Merz Aussage nichts zu tun. Davon, dass die Bekannten von Asylanten häufig aus Milieus kommen mit noch höhere Barrieren will ich gar anfangen…

Sie haben Merz Aussage, die sich nicht auf PKS Statistik, sondern tatsächliche Fälle bezieht als Lüge bezeichnet. Unter der Einbeziehung von Kontext zu den PKS Daten (Vergewaltigungen werden meistens nicht von PKS erfasst) lässt sich aber plausibel argumentieren, dass tägl. G-Vergew. stattfinden.

Man kann definitiv nicht mit so einer absoluten Klarheit von einer Übererfassung an stattgefundenen Vergewaltigungen reden. Ca. 85% der vergewaltigten Frauen zeigen die Tat nie an. Auch bei Gruppenvergewaltigungen durch Asylanten wird es eine Dunkelziffer geben.

Das eine ist die Entscheidung einer Behörde zu verhindern, dass jemand der sich zur Gewalt gegen den Staat bekennt Beamtin wird.
Das andere ist die Entscheidung eines Richters. In Bayern herrscht Gewaltentrennung.

Aren’t Spanish tourist destinations already at capacity during summer? Increasing tourism during summer months would require actually increasing hotels/resort capacities which would be slower. Also potentially misleading due to relative change instead of absolute.

One of many policies chosen by her which turned out disastrous in hindsight but worked out amazingly for her short and medium term approval. As we will see wind and solar build out in Germany slow down over the next couple of years these 10-15% of loe carbon will be missed.

Das ist Wunschdenken nur z.B. mit dem Vermögen der reichsten deutschen könnte man das Rentensystem kein Jahr lang finanzieren. Man muss nur auf die Wahlumfragen schauen um solche Überlegungen als nicht mehr als abstrakte Gedankenspiele (genauso wie die Grenzen des Wirtschaftswachstums) zu entlarven.

Die Wirtschaft sollte wachsen, weil die Verteilungskämpfe sonst Demokratie oder Rechtsstaatszersetzend werdend würden. Auch eine Schuldenbremsenlockerung würde ohne Wirtschaftswachstum keinen Sinn ergeben.

I’m sorry but the doctor quote is bogus. UK junior doctors are equivalent to residents and the salaries are about equivalent (In the US they are adjusted to CoL and thus vary by city). Later on attendings make more than their peers in the NHS because of their artificial scarcity.
