Right so, what I’m suggesting- which is that the Democratic Party use the money the party has to recruit young progressive talent, would solve the problem you’re suggesting. They want people to invest in the party but also throw leadership back to the people-which results in what you said.

You misread what I wrote. Let me clarify it for you. Poor people with no networks do not have the time cost nor the monetary funds to run for office without sponsorship. This sponsorship can be provided by the political party itself. Reps do it all the time. Dems need to do it. Hope this helps.
