When referencing degrees of success, what determines if it is a list or a sentence? Is the sentence structure used when there are only two results, and 3 or more becomes a list?
Why do some spells use a list of two results? (such as needle darts and medusa's wrath)

I was going to ask how item activations are formatted, but only looking at the remaster content I can see this has been drastically improved. Has the "envision" activation finally been axed in the remaster?

This has been living rent free in my head since I read it, I’ve also notices a few other terms are capitalised like swim Speed and basic Fortitude saving throw.
Spells are italic lower case, while equipment is only in italics if it’s referring to itself (or a directly related item?)
