I've been rewatching some older nerd shows and a fascinating thing is when a character gets annoying, and then dies later that season. It's an interesting tightrope to walk - like, how much of a jerk is too much?

As long as I've had a Kindle (2009 or so?) I've always downloaded books to my laptop and imported into Calibre. About a year ago the Kindle laptop app stopped allowing this and I started buying my books from Kobo and haven't looked back. Can't trust these people not to take back the things you buy!
