63 studies: women who assert their ideas, make direct requests, and advocate for themselves are liked less. They're also less likely to get hired—and it hasn't improved over time. When will we stop punishing women for violating outdated gender stereotypes?

I gave public comment at a County Commissioners meeting this morning about a DEI issue. Sadly, many folks opposed to DEI, provided their comments and left. BUT, even more folks in opposition to DEI initiatives stayed, listened and are reconsidering their stance! This is how change happens.

I attended my first Town Hall meeting, put on by @wyden.senate.gov I felt motivated and energized afterwards to connect with others in my area within the next couple of days. I walked away feeling grateful to be represented by someone like Senator Wyden and proud to be an Oregonian.

We just wanted to take a moment to thank all our new supporters! Tomorrow, there will be more of us!

Talking about change is great, but we need movement. Get off your phones. Talk to your neighbors, civic leaders. Work in groups of three to make quick, decisive actions. Learn a new skill. Teach a skill you have mastered. #AltGov
