When I would argue the opposite: big wig authors should actually be listening to the nobody authors more than each other.
Once you have recognition, you’re able to check out of the ecosystem & have freedom to whatever you want. The nobodies can’t. They’re still in the trenches.

It also astounds me that people don’t realize you can do two things simultaneously. I’m sure the people doing those plans & proposals are not trained fire fighters, so obviously they’re not out there fighting fires? They’re doing other things & you’re only seeing it bc “LA fires” is trending
