How long have you been on HRT? 4mg E and 100mg Spiro was my starting dose, then after ~6 months (and my blood results showing E and T levels where they need to be) I was moved to 6mg E and 50mg Spiro. Otherwise it sounds good, estradiol dissolved under the tongue and spaced through the day is good 👍

Even stuff like my friend group being almost entirely girls, the over-bearing Catholic parents, a lot of gay friends (b/c theater lol), chatting on AIM and wondering how much to read into a "<3” symbol.
