Ruze is playing Brilliant Diamond and Arceus, and Jurard is playing Sword. Might be difficult to decide which game to play to focus on your team if you plan on competing against others...

As great as MH World onwards was, I will never forgive them for nerfing Tigrex's personality. Mounting it in 4U/Generations Ultimate was the best where it would go crazy and drag you so far across the map that you end up in the next zone. 🤣

1. SaGa 2, otherwise known as Final Fantasy Legend II in the west. 2. Breath of Fire III 3. The Last Story 2

Mega Man X does this across the series. Strike chain can be a grappling hook and can grab items. Shotgun Ice creates a sled for you to ride on. Speed Burner acts as a secondary dash. Bubble Splash makes you jump high in water Crystal Hunter turns enemies into crystals that you can stand on.

Both are great games, but if you would like my opinion: World looks better Rise plays better The spectacle are great...for the first 2 hours, then it's all down to the gameplay where Rise comes out on top. The weapons are more fun, you can dunk Large Barrel bombs, and it has Khezu. Arcadey fun!

Monster Hunter: Wilds is coming up, though I'm not sure if it will be your type of game. I'm looking at my Steam Library, and I see RTS games that I want to play, but I know that they will kill all of my time. Kohan: Immortal Soverigns is $10 on Steam, but damn I want to play it again...

And then there's a character who can manipulate the card gauge. He can do things like cleanse an area of the card gauge, move ally cards to the front immediately, deal damage based on empty card turns, and even leave attack cards where he does damage even if he's not in the front line!

For example. You attack an enemy, but they're not dead? Tag in a character to finish them off! In addition, the incoming character immediately goes next! Or if you are attacked, you can tag a character in to take the hit. If they survive, their tag ability instantly gives them the next turn!

The battle system is pretty basic with a party of 3...but once you get 6 characters, things get really crazy. Think of this game as a turn-based version of Marvel vs. Capcom. After every attack, you have the option to "tag" characters in or out. And every tag comes with a special ability.

Time-based status effects are implemented in a creative way: Slow: After a turn, the card moves to the very back of the line. Quick: Chance for the card to move closer to the front Knockback: Pushes a card back further in line Defend: Choose where to place the card to plan for their next turn.

I've never played Trails, but if there's one RPG that I would say has one of the best Turn-based systems ever made, it's Mana Khemia. Turn order is displayed via "Card Gauge" where the rightmost card acts next. There are SO MANY WAYS to manipulate turn order to execute some kickass combos.

The Breath of Fire series holds a special place in my heart with Breath of Fire III being one of my favorite games of all time.

Zero Escape Series AI: The Somnium Files Blasphemous Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen These games I feel are pretty chill to play. There is a free RPG on Steam called "Moonring". I've played a few hours of it, and all I can say that it is a huge game for being free.

Stellar Interface A roguelike shoot-em-up with great music, pixel graphics, and pop culture references that'll give you a giggle when you realize what they are talking about. If you're lucky, you'll break the game so hard you won't even know where you are. store.steampowered.com/app/517330/S...

Persona 1 is old, but I like it for being easy and fast. Persona 2 is my favorite for its story and characters. Persona 3 is very popular for its dark themes. Persona 4's characters are highly memorable. Persona 5 is a mix of the first 4 games with a lot of style and QoL. The most popular game.

Persona 1 and 2 are traditional dungeon crawler JRPGs that follow a similar formula to their original series: Shin Megami Tensei. Persona 3, 4, and 5 incorporate dating sim and school sim elements where your friendships strengthen your combat abilities when dungeon crawling.

Persona 5: Being punished for a crime that he did not commit, a student is forced to transfer to another school where he discovers a special power of "changing people's hearts".

Persona 4: A student transfers to a school in the countryside. Apparently it gets very foggy, and people tend to end up missing in foggy weather...

Persona 3: A transfer student experiences the "Dark Hour", and as a result becomes part of a team to investigate this strange phenomenon.

Persona 2 - Innocent Sin: Rumors become reality, and it is up to a group of high school students to discover the source of these rumors. Persona 2 - Eternal Punishment: A news reporter investigates a school where ghosts are said to haunt the campus. Similar story to Innocent Sin.

Persona 1: High School students do a Persona ritual, but suddenly demons appear, and they may be connected to their hospitalized friend.

FF1 will always hold a special place in my heart. Even after almost 4 decades, I still say it holds up to this day. It's tough when you start, but if you know where the peninsula of power is, you can make the rest of the game a breeze, and I'm glad that peninsula is present in all versions.

Breath of Fire 1-4. All of them are great, but Breath of Fire III holds a special place in my heart.

Honestly one of the reasons why Persona 2 is my favorite in the series. Social Links in general are nice but are such a hassle to go through.

Glad you're back safe and sound! While you were away, there was a game that was recently released called "MiSide" that may interest you. If you have no games planned in the future, consider trying this game out. It's become quite the sleeper hit.
