Amelia's sensitivity to aether is dulled due to her decade+ of using black magic in rather brutal fashion. Touch is her primary sense, with black magic literally 'freezing' or 'burning' as she manipulates the aether through her. Sensing other aether is like physical pressure, coloured by its nature.

Manon is the last of the group, and sits fully in B. She joins the group as an expert combatant, and is immediately forced into the crucible of Bozja. As the only one to face the Garleans (as the other two were trapped in the First by personal canon), she's been very hardpressed in her short career.

Cherenzaya meanwhile is Red/Black through and through. She joined Amelia's group primarily because of how impressive Amelia (then Charles) performed in the Nadaam; and aims far more for the excitement of battle rather than more lofty ideals about protecting society/people.

oh boy this is right up my alley.
Amelia starts out in Blue, but acquires more White traits as she becomes more acquainted/driven in her role as the Warrior of Light. As much as Cherenzaya and Manon would like her to be a bit more impulsive and self-indulgent, it's not in her nature.
