Depends on whats short in supply, if is both not oversupplied or undersupplied its best to flip a coin Although i might be going a bit too cynical in my opinion that education only mildly correlates to general smarts (But in the US its a total rippoff, private sector smth smth capitalism)

Well ig if they dont value their lives then, but thats seen on a backdrop of "the greater good for russia against the west" and for them it is, but for those who are not in both the army or railway a clause like that would make the decision for those who dont wanna die on the front and not go broke

And it would start up the moment the applications dry up enough, sure they are not innocent, but having an alternative to it in either a literal anti draft clause or just enough wage that they dont have to sign such horrid contracts, since its obviously a job where one isnt gonna die as much

I am of the same opinion, but there are some few that wearent able to leave in time for legitimate reasons, and to those that are brainwashed by a full on kremlin propaganda sphere, well they wouldn't consider the railways or draft avoiding anyways That was what my origional message implied

Were you born yesterday? Obviously i didnt mean literally, but for how theyre used they might aswell play ammunition with how its going for the kremlin right now

Yes, but if a city has 5 highspeedlines with its citycore of 2 million residents 4 miles apart, it doesnt help much building more, especially when transport via metro or simolour is already likely choked to close to, or at capacity(technicly more expansion is possible, but comes at a premium)

The monkey paw curled when they asked the guy appointed in his new office to build all of it now, they didnt have time or budget to build close to the city center, so they traded off one of the biggest aspects(proximity allowed through space efficiency) for speed in building

Well due to most of those lines being built like the spiders in my room build webbs, they usually resorted to having the big highspeed station on the outskirts of their respective cities, wich makes it that a lot of travel is needed, they airportified the highspeedlines basicly
