I’m getting pretty tired of the systemic extermination of the Palestinian people and the videos of the tens of thousands of mutilated children that come with it. In all other facets, he was a pretty great president. Hard to just drop that one though, for me at least.

Literally same. Only it stinks that you can’t use your AMEX at Costco-the only place I buy anything now.

Thank you for the correction, I don’t know why I said “immigration” hearing.

This hurt to read because I fear you’re right. I have to believe that all of this isn’t entirely futile. Endless button mashings on screens equate to ‘connections’ of MUCH less quality than in-person communications, but they’re more numerous. The other bubbles aren’t nearly as motivated for change.

Yeah Mike, you like those able-bodied young men? Come out, Mike. It’s much nicer outside of that closet.

Why not spend your time passing meaningful legislation instead of this partisan chaff?!? You and all of us know that non-citizen voting is already illegal and incredibly rare. This prevents nothing. Why on earth even a Blue Dog would enable a voter suppression poll-tax bill is beyond insanity.

I’m sorry, did I just hear “we do not give due process to brown people?”

I truly thought that was the nail in the coffin to what was so clearly a pathetic, half-hearted attempt for the presidential bid. Every step of the way I’ve been proven wrong by my countrymen, always disappointed by their infatuation with ‘reality’ TV.

This would normally strike me as odd for a president who won’t be in power come 4 years from now, this can all just be undone. Then I remember who it is and how well it went last time he had to give up his position.

How FAST that aide, military member, WHOEVER said “Yes sir!” to appease and heal his delicate ego was concerning and frankly, a little scary.

“Forced to retire”
Well, that’s one way to put it.
Another career civil servant fired so they may be replaced by a loyalist.

When we set out to do this analysis, we hoped to build on an existing methodology to study severe complications in early pregnancy — but there wasn't one. So, in consultation with dozens of experts, @sophiechou.bsky.social, Lizzie Presser and I developed our own. Here's how we did it:

He’s not fear-mongering, he’s hit the nail on the head. This has been the plan since the Schedule F executive order back in 2020. The courts saved this country once, but all it took was a billionaire’s thumb on the scale and we’re right back into Yarvin’s and Thiel’s neoreactionary wet dream.
