This goes back to requiring a year of service - by requiring it before completing the college years it means that someone must contribute in service, not in management. People would learn practical skills.

Have you met a 4 star general? My grandfather was one, and as such I met some other ones.
The decisions they've had to make are REALLY heavy, and they carry the weight, you can tell. If you have a chance, I recommend speaking with one.
