velocity, acceleration should be interesting to discuss, but how in context of cognitive science. It mostly relies on v = u + at v^2 - v^2 = 2as s = ut + 1/2 a(t^2) You can ping on [email protected]

I also got real help on statistics and RStudio on Mastodon. It also feels much more decentralized than BSky, gives me freedom to migrate servers. Feels marginally faster too.

Need some help with this graph. SPM should be culture-fair & not depend on participants' SES But it seems like people with higher SPM scores come from good SES bg with more English & less Hindi exposure & people with low SPM scores from homes where exposure of Hindi is good against my intuitions.

(3/n) There is really no need to use hashtags as we know on twitter, feeds can identify relevant words from post (using words like neuroscience, cogsci, cognitive, psychology) should be enough

Absolutely, that makes some sense. Being practical in novel directions while still acknowledging the challenges involved. There is only so far we can forage after PhD, then PhD topic is more important than I previously thought.

Yes, definitely, but that mostly comes after postdoc experience. After finishing up doctorate, embarking on postdoc and proposing/ wanting to do something new should be appreciated for such outcomes.

makes sense

Yes, that's what I was hoping for. Continuing same/ similar research kills creativity and hamper learning. Thanks
