It's actually not a complicated situation. It's an incredibly simple situation. Putin spent a decade actively attacking democratic countries (including Ukraine) through subversive tactics and then engaged in an invasion. It's among the clearest cases of a war of aggression in recent history.

This is a lesson in the value of litigation (which @chrisgeidner.bsky.social laid out). One of the FIRST lawsuits filed against OPM (by @nationalsecuritylaw.org) argued that OPM had not done the proper Privacy Impact Asssessment. So they did this. Now it'll fuck up the exploitation of this email.
