You could also use it to make richer pancakes by using it in pancake mix with milk in leiu of water, or even just whip it up into an ice cream topping.

Might need more than what you have, but if you want to get a bit classy, simmer it with some sautéed mushrooms and onions until it thickens up. Makes a surprisingly good sauce for topping steaks and other meat dishes.

Assuming iPad Pro, I think that’d be a good investment. Means you can go a few more years without having to replace it again.
Case in point, I’m still using the iPhone 11 I got on launch day in 2019. Even replaced the battery and screen last summer to keep it going a couple more years.
