I love it when a plan comes together. First Braack created the story on the #Starcruiser. A few months ago @othermaciej.bsky.social asked for a sticker for #NotALothCat inspired by the Japanese film “House.” Kevin Shoemaker drew it and now we’re swagging #SWCJ with stickers and shirts!

I’m super excited about `text-wrap: pretty`. It does a lot more to improve typography than you might expect — at least in Safari Technology Preview 216. It improves all lines of text, not just the last 4. It enhances hyphenation & rag, not just avoiding short last lines. webkit.org/blog/16547/b...

There it is! Finally, a real solution for how to style all of the HTML form controls using your own custom CSS to change anything — building on an interoperable UA set of defaults. First, styling the in-page part of controls + the popover for <select>. (Later we’ll do popovers for more things.)

BlueSky puts a lot less racism, nativism, and longform Trump tongue baths in my algorithmic feed than Twitter. Great! But, for some reason, a lot more thirst traps (and ineffective attempted thirst traps). I did not ask for it and I’m not sure how to make it stop.
