Kommt drauf an wie man sich ernährt. Ich bin auch vegan und nehme die drei Vitamine. B12 ist oft auch in Veganer Milch aber von der trinke ich nicht mehr so viel, deswegen das Supplement.

Ist wirklich gut. Man kann natürlich so wie ich bei der Panade variieren. Ich hab Semmelbrösel und Haferflocken benutzt. Eigentlich kann man das Rezept echt mit dem machen was man gerade daheim hat.

Wobei es meines Verständnisses nach den Wohlhabenden und Eliten im Imperium ziemlich gut ging. War halt ein bisschen wie in Rom damals. Sklavenarbeit bringt eben der Elite Wohlstand und Zufriedenheit.
