It make more sense if you understand that they want to eliminate girls sports altogether. They know parents won’t let their daughters try out for teams if they will be groped as a condition of participation. Not enough girls participating? Cut the programs and use all the money for the boys.

Add on a bit of Penzey’s Pasta Sprinkle, and some salt and fresh ground pepper. It’s a nice little side dish. Dried parsley can substitute for the Pasta Sprinkle.
