I do really like it, but unfortunately, I can’t wear it too often. I am allergic to nickel (found in stainless steel), so my daily wear has to be titanium. I can get away with about 8 hours max and it starts to feel uncomfortable. It’s also a bit sharp on the edges, so it hurts to put it in.

I’ve only had it for a day, so I haven’t had much experience with it yet. I wore it to bed and was OK most of the night. The dry ring being pulled through the hole each time I flipped over got a bit uncomfortable.

It took me a bit to get used to the 00. Like you, I had to drop down to give it a rest a few times. I always had trouble with the ball end pinching until I switched to a CBR with nitrile bead. It’s by far the most comfortable ring I’ve worn and it’s become my every day piece.

Glad to see you’re recovering well and that your shoulders are even. My bare shoulder was noticeably lower than the other for several months. Keep up with the PT and you’ll be good as new in no time!

I had the TDR in for just a day before the irritation from the seams forced me to remove it. Plus, I found that I can’t wear stainless for more than 24 hours without my urethra getting red and angry. Sadly, there aren’t many options in titanium at a 00g. I see a downsizing in my future…

I’ve only had my PA since January 2023 and it’s definitely made my dick noticeably bigger. I used to sometimes turtle in when cold or tired and now I’d consider myself a shower. I always have VPL (visible penis line) in my pants and I love it.

I’d like to get to a point where I can take the PA out for a couple days and put it right back in. Each time I’ve taken it out for just 2-3 hours (usually for an MRI), I have to wear a smaller size for a couple days and stretch back up.
