Well snow does act as an insulater, so there's that. Check hardiness zones when you purchase. Ask neighbors what works. If you have an Extension service ask a Master Gardener!🌹🌹🌹🌹

I do not understand how musk-lings can force, & lock out, federal employees!! Are people being assaulted?! Where is Congress? DOJ?
comment in response to post
How can his aides lock anyone out? They have no right to be there!

And how can DOGE order anything? They are not an official gov entity. Or have i missed something? Aaaahhhhhggggg!!
comment in response to post
This is such an outrage. And I also have to ask - how do the staff just turn the "keys" at musks order? Im sure they are threatened in some way, but I'd like everyone to find that out now rather than in a biok several years from now!

Do check and see if Buddleia are allowed in your state, a number of varieties are considered invasive.

Oh my, with the volume of roses grown i would ask the hotel for the name of their landscaper. That might be the easiest way. Beautiful pink rose.

Cistus; common name Rock Rose can be a beautiful plant, used properly. Yes will grow in 8b, and will take easily to pruning. HOWEVER is consider invasive in some areas and should be planted with caution. Consult w/local Extension office, Master Gardeners or Native Plant Society. Ta!

Love Zinn's work. You can buy prints from his website. Also- check out David M. Bird's work. Similar but different, also darling & whimsical. 🍄
