Libby is just amazing. As is the number of people who don’t seem to know it exists! I try to spread the word. Also terrific for magazines. It’s saved me a lot on stuff I used to subscribe to.

Abandoning a book is something new - and liberating - for me. I always used to soldier on with one I wasn’t enjoying because I somehow thought I owed it to myself and the author. Probably age related but time’s too short to waste, especially when there’s so many awesome books to read.

Has it got to the point where the lies come so naturally to them that they’re no longer aware they’re even lying? And hence they don’t break into any sort of expression because they actually believe the crap they come out with as being the truth?
