People can’t face the harm of unmitigated COVID spread. They can’t consider they might have Long Covid. That they might already be disabled. They don’t WANT to consider it. They want their “normal” back. Viruses don’t care what we want. Disability can come for you at any point. Wear a mask.

I read medical charts all day, and I can guarantee you this: there is a disturbingly high chance that someday you'll be disabled, whether permanently or temporarily. Invasive cancer? Stroke? Get hit by a car? Fall and hit your head? I could go on for hours. It could happen at any time, to anyone.
