Ok, so you are short.
Your courage, intellect, dedication to your country and students and love of humanity makes you a giant.

Perhaps short in stature but you're someone a lot of people have looked up to for many years.
As always, thank you.

It's important to understand that holding a green card is basically US citizenship without the right to vote. They have to pay taxes and are subject to conscription into the armed forces in the event the US reinstitutes the draft.

If you want to learn more about masks & respirators, check out this guide to PPE.
It explains how respirators work, how to fit test, Don and doff, where to buy them, how to find a mask bloc and more.
Public health may have abandoned us, but we can still choose to mask. We can protect each other:

There’s some speculation that not masking in high-risk situations is due to cognitive damage from repeat COVID infections. It’s believed that COVID can damage the parts of the brain responsible for accurate risk assessment & empathy. That would explain quite a few things from 2021 on, wouldn’t it?

Approximately 98% of people don’t mask on planes—one of the most important places to do so—due to a combination of factors. These include denial, propaganda, normalcy bias, exceptionalism, ableism, and “peer pressure”/defaulting to what everyone else is doing or not doing.

From a "disruption" perspective, I was thinking about this contrast. Not the content.

We know masks in healthcare stop the spread of airborne disease. We know they reduce the risk of hospital acquired COVID (which has a 10% mortality rate).
We know respirators work even better.
So why aren’t we masking? Why are patients having to bear the brunt of infection control?

not for nothing but from multiple sources I've heard that R donor pool has shrunk massively, which exacerbates the reliance on keeping in good standing with the few remaining money spigots (Musk et al)

This *necessary* change has been a long time coming. The second silver lining for Canadians at this "tariff time."

They have more than enough for play. They want it just to have it.

Now you can email them, including Musk

This Supreme Court REALLY needs reminding that presidential immunity is, potentially, LETHAL.

I think the invite from King Charles isn't what many might think. He'll probably have something to say about annexation being a no-go.

Nice business you got here. It would be a shame if anything should happen to it, like if your supplies and parts suddenly cost 25% more.
But don't you worry. You just call me and I'll take care of it. I'll make sure that doesn't happen to you.
Be sure to see the cashier on your way out.

It's just enormously important to understand that the goal of this tariff policy isn't to raise money or to increase manufacturing in the United States. The goal is to make some of the nation's largest companies subject to Trump's personal discretion and dependent on his favor.
