It sucks feeling like this, but try not to beat yourself up. Don't feel bad that you're not "doing enough" or "not thinking positive enough".
Just do what you can. Even if it's something simple like getting up to get a snack or drink, or taking a shower.

It sucks feeling that way. I deal with a lot of that myself too. Therapy could help for sure. Maybe see if there's any resources in your area that could help without it costing you a fortune.
