It all starts with what you tell yourself - you can do it! I attempted to quit many times and told everyone I was going to quit smoking. Nothing changed for me until I changed the way I spoke about it - I began calling myself a nonsmoker! I'm 13 years cigarette free now.

I have a lot of fun experimenting with pancakes - additions like bananas or berries or nuts, different flours, egg replacements, etc. Yogurt or peanut butter toppings - or, just good old maple syrup!
