These tariffs are sheer lunacy. He's played with fire. Now the whole house is on fire.

Make no mistake. This El Salvador prison is Trump's version of Bergen-Belsen or Dachau or Auschwitz. This is why they don't want Garcia to return. Otherwise, he'll tell all about it and the Trump Administration will have a major scandal on their hands.

Make no mistake. The Police State is now in full force. No one is safe. No one.

Agreed. Fiona Hill knows all about repressive, autocratic, Putinesque police states. And we could be in one now.

Being a billionaire pays off.

High Protective Tariffs are self-defeating. It's like sleeping with scorpions. It's impossible to endure it for long.

I fear we are in the early stages of a Police State. If you disagree with the administration, you will vanish. Chilling.

Excellent.

They crammed 36,000 people into a relatively small space in downtown LA. If they had scheduled this at the Rose Bowl (seating capacity: 105,000), they would have filled up the place.

Donald Trump is trying to establish a Police State. This is not hyperbole. If we don't fight back, he will succeed.

Oh Donald, China ain't backing down. I just thought you should know that.

This is like courtiers praising Henry VIII. This is like the corrupt regimes of Nero or Caligula. Disgusting.

Excellent. This is heartening. The Resistance continues to grow.

Great job, Marc. Keep up the good work. There are people cheering you on.

No to racism. No to corruption. No to tyranny. No to white nationalism.

Listen. The Trump administration does not want to bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia not only because it will make them look bad but because HE'S BROWN. This is a nakedly, unabashedly racist administration. It's that simple.

If Trump keeps blinking at this rate, he'll resemble a 14-year old girl trying to flirt with the boy next door.

The Resistance builds.

Excellent, Senator. Thank you for this. We must regain our moral compass. Without that we will never be trusted again. The 2026 election looms large. That might be a good starting point. Again, thank you.

Throw the bastards in jail. I guarantee you, they'll be on time from here on out.

This is a classic case of income inequality. And to think that Donald Trump doesn't give a damn.

Why not exempt everything?

The Trump administration will go down as the cruelest, most heartless administration in American history. Remember. The cruelty is the point.

Then do it.

C'mon. Donald Trump has the soul of a Komodo Dragon. And he knows it.

If there were a Wimbledon of Racism, Trump would be the winner. If there were an Olympic Gold Medal for Racism, again Trump would be the winner. If there were an Academy Award for Shameless Racism on a World Stage, the winner would be...Donald Trump.

A reminder: On January 20, we had a strong economy -- excellent GDP, 2.9% inflation (slightly high but manageable), wage growth of 4.1% (higher than inflation), low unemployment (4%), strong job growth, and high consumer confidence. Now we have an economic armageddon...all in 2 1/2 months. Wow.

A mad king is surrounded by a court of village idiots. Somehow, we voted for this.

No one is safe. I am an American of Mexican descent. I went to college, graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and have a Master's degree in English Lit from the University of Michigan. I am now retired. But I speak out frequently against Trump. I am now 76 years old. But even I am not safe.

If Donald Trump is a Christian, then I am a Himalayan mountain climber.

The United States has all the markings of a police state. This is not hyperbole.

Donald Trump has a pulse rate of 250, body fat of 90%, and the blood pressure of a felon who just got strapped into the electric chair. And his doctor will say...he's in perfect shape.
comment in response to post
Excellent. For crying out loud, fight back.

Cowards. Every one of them.

Give me a break. Donald Trump is a fat slob who looks like a marshmallow with orange hair.
comment in response to post
In case you're wondering, we have become a police state.

I'd throw the damned lawyers in jail. "If you want out, then give me answers. Otherwise, enjoy your time behind bars."

He's skinnier, too.

Trump = fascist. Trump = racist. Trump = narcissist. Trump = an economic illiterate. Somehow, he got elected.

If I were a partner at any of those firms, I'd leave in two seconds. They're all models of cowardice.

This administration has rapidly developed into a reign of terror.

If Trump were the director of the Louvre, he'd probably replace the Mona Lisa with a picture of himself playing golf at Mar a Lago.
comment in response to post
This administration is not only racist. It is lawless and anarchic. Before the end of their tenure, they will have burned the constitution and reduced it to cinders.
comment in response to post
Trump is petty. He has the emotional maturity of a 4-year old.

Regarding China: Trump is playing the wrong game with the wrong opponent rhe wrong way at the wrong time.
