It’s so simple… and still here we are

At least he is making a difference, I’ll take it.

I agree, why let him go on and on?

It’s that simple!

Simple, concrete messaging, simple language. It looks like Pritzker understands the assignment, Schumer doesn’t.

Boxing 101: match the fighter with the opponent. It’s not that hard.

And this my friend is how you deal with Trump and his minions. Bring Pritzker out, he understands the assignment.

I interact with my large MAGA family regularly. They may not say this publicly, the border was the #1 issue (culture shift) government spending a close second. Harris failed on the messaging and focusing on abortion as healthcare. And America is not ready for a woman president.

I am a regular Joe Schmo and knew that but apparently the DNC didn’t.

Ideally, yes. I agree with all your points. But we should have focused on winning, not ideals. Trump was not any candidate, we knew what he was capable of doing.

I noticed Pritzker adopting the clear, simple concrete message strategy lately. AKA effective messaging. Do you see him as a 2028 candidate?
comment in response to post
Good point, I don’t know enough to comment on the financial issue. But my heart tells me it was decided on not leaving Harris out of the ticket, making history by electing the first woman president and women relating to her on the abortion as healthcare issue.
comment in response to post
The country was not ready for a women president either. The candidate to meet the time was right there: Gavin Newsom, but we followed our hearts.
comment in response to post
Right! But Harris didn’t directly say any of that while campaigning. She focused on abortion as healthcare and increasing government spending. Boxing 101: match the boxer with the opponent. Concrete messages, repeated over and over, and simple language focusing on the issues MAGA cares about.

People didn’t want her, and we know that because she was a failed primary candidate. Newsom had everything to match the time, assertiveness, experience, speaking skills, directness and don’t underestimate looks.
comment in response to post
💯 instead we focused on abortion as healthcare. If you know MAGA you know that they see abortion as a solution to an unwanted pregnancy. And Harris doubled down on ideas on how to increase government spending.
comment in response to post
The border was THE issue, government spending the second. I have a large MAGA family. Harris was not the candidate for the time. She was an unsuccessful candidate, Hillary lost to the same candidate, and after 4 years as VP Harris couldn’t articulate a concrete immigration plan.
comment in response to post
The election was lost because of the border and the cultural shift, MAHA is also against legal immigration.

They better be, last election was political malpractice. At the moment, Pritzker is the only one matching the republican approach. Simple, concrete and consistent language. It’s not that hard!

Be ready for a big shift in you lifestyle, pal. Vacations, hotels, restaurant meals, maintaining your property (painting, landscaoe, etc.) will soon be a luxury for most middle class people just as it’s in 3rd world countries.
comment in response to post
I interact with my large MAGA family regularly. In public, it’s the price of food, not following immigration laws blah, blah, blah… the socially acceptable rant. In private it’s all about culture shift, so it absolutely is about race.
comment in response to post
This is not the main reason MAGA hates immigrants. The reason is fear of cultural shift. Most MAGA are unaccomplished people, being American is the only superiority card they have to feel exceptional.

💯 the election was for democrats to loose, the main objective was to ensure Trump did not win but no…. let’s just follow our hearts, ignore the writing on the walls and have a woman candidate. The same candidate who was removed in the first round… please

So??? They have showed us over and over that they don’t care about laws and they control government at all levels, what is the lawsuit going to accomplish?
comment in response to post
(((Hello))) they already showed us they don’t follow laws.

The ADL said he is not a nazi, he’s just asking for directions to the Teddy Bear Tutu Holiday tea party.
