The House schedule for next week doesn’t include the Senate bill that fixes the $1.1 billion hole that the House blew in D.C.’s local budget. If no action is taken next week, it gets bumped into late April or early May, pushing D.C. closer to having to start making actual cuts.

With most votes counted in both #FL01 & #FL06, we're looking at about 12-point margins for the GOP in both races. Plugging those (preliminarily) into our Big Board boosts the average D overperformance from D+10.3 before tonight to D+11.7 now. In 2017-18, it was D+10.6 for the cycle.

It is not an accident that Sen. Booker is talking about the late John Lewis and other leaders of the US Civil Rights Movement during the moment in which he is breaking the record for the longest filibuster, set by a racial segregationist. Booker earned this moment and he's using it very well.
