Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is definitely doing something right on the CPU side of things. Running through the game's largest city - Kuttenberg - sees a flat 60 fps vsynced line on the Ryzen 5 3600. This is an incredible contrast in performance to games with similar levels of NPCs and density.

Just tried Spider-Man 2 for the first time and it was rough: intro has people's eyeballs flashing, shadows being all grainy, and it had multiple 100 ms stutters on a 9800X3D including extremely rocky frame-times. Sandman stuttered PC for 5 secs and my kb + m and controller afterward did not work.
