Summer time you can get away with polo shirts and ‘fancy’ jeans but not in winter.

Great to meet you and all y’all. Known y’all virtually for over a decade real life is its own thing.

But I did it. I went out. And funnily enough people paid for more beer than I did. I bought two beers and picked up my zip up hoodie but just hanging around people kept buying me beers. Four free beers to my paid two. Maybe even with this rust I’m not that washed up and folks enjoy my BS.

Kinda just cutting out the middle man.

Oh, oops, misread that.

Mariya Frost. Now that is a blast from the past. Cant believe she is still around. Gotta be getting close to a decade with WPC at this point.

Compared with what I have been trying to do with my shitty Lowe’s insurance and trying to jump through all the hoops this was amazing.

That was the soonest that worked for my schedule and me preferring in person to virtual.

What kind of monster wants to destroy this system?!?!

Wore what? Cenk? What are you talking about?

It doesn’t and so I won’t. But you also shouldn’t assume. Especially when I gave you no reason to. I get that we are all traumatized by this last election but you should deal with your own issues with your therapist.

We might be approaching one of those ‘decades where nothing happens and then weeks where decades happen’ inflection points if we aren’t careful.

Why would you assume I haven’t? I literally have an anti-fascist Cascadia tattoo and have been promoting secession since ‘16. Not because I think we will become our own independent state but in order to move the Overton Window so that a CA-OR-WA or West Coast + Canada option seems more moderate.

Na it’s cool. I’m all deuces out at this point.

Why shouldn’t we be able to relax & live our lives? Canada has a good system. And while they are bit too much on the Brit side of the 1st Amendment & I have some issues with the 4th they are definitely better than God King Trump. I did my time. My family should be safe & secure. If Canada so be it.

I recognize and appreciate how vulnerable people are right now. When my daughter got her puberty blocking implant in two weeks ago (major props to Seattle Childrens Gender Clinic, they have been 24/7 taking care of kids) it was huge celebration. But why should my family have to live like this?

As someone who has fought a couple wars for my country and comes from a place where the slavers rebelled against my county I have both a personal stake and history in these discussions about where the line is concerning the ideals of America. Have you also had to think hard on them? Share?

LOL! You obviously don’t know me if you think I wasn’t all in on Biden and then Harris.

Why do you think I believe it is okay? Unfortunately in this reality there isn’t always a happily ever after. The question stands. At what point should you leave? There is always a line.

If the confederacy had won and by winning I don’t just mean gained independence but forced their will upon the rest of the Union, at that point would a state be able in your eyes to leave the ‘Union’ and return to the ideals of America? Or would they be forever chained to the Confederacy?

What makes us a country?
comment in response to post
You are of course allowed to put out bumpers on your own thoughts. But some of us will have to spend some time thinking about how best to preserve the ideals of America for us and our own.
comment in response to post
It’s a serious question. Do you think there is no scenario in which a state should leave?
comment in response to post
At what point do you think states should consider leaving?

I don’t know you or the context but I 💯 support this Slacklerian Jihad.

Ah, okay.

How does this make sense? MORE parking along roads not built to standard is a bad thing.

Does this basically gut it?

Okay, that’s worth a follow!

It has been interesting to see who is willing to bend what stances in the current realignment.

Good stuff. Not a Rowdies fan (still pissed about ‘13 USOC) but I always appreciate @kkfla737.bsky.social’s perspective. One suggestion. Along with Hoffenheim and other foreign clubs maybe throw in Green Bay which has a metro of 320k and manages to decently support a D1 team here in the US.

I’ve tried both Safari and Edge on my phone and neither one will take my signature. Not sure when I’ll have access to a computer I can use (my laptop is down).

I still have (and love) my little Zune HD. Useful in situations where cell phones aren’t allowed. Now I wanna go find it post-move.
