I'm not intimately familiar with their work, but Raghavendra Selvan was kind enough to showcase Carbontracker to some students recently (github.com/lfwa/carbont...). It might be interesting to look into how they calculate their numbers, and it can be used with models you can train yourself

I know researchers from DIKU has spent a lot of time on sustainability and cost of models in general if that is of interest (researchprofiles.ku.dk/en/publicati... and researchprofiles.ku.dk/en/publicati... as examples). Interesting reading!

No wonder you’re yelling at them then!

Linux might just be the clouds you’re yelling at in your profile description! (Linux is incredibly popular and dominant in the server scene, and in a lot of scientific computing!)

It’s actually a delightfully beautiful website with nice transitions ⭐️ I’ve just gotten so used to the title being clickable itself 😅 Your way permits linking to the code easily and ACM, so that’s nice 👍

Thanks! I had somehow missed the arxiv links on your website 😅 Your field of research sounded very interesting, so I wanted to give it a curious read, and I see that I have plenty of reading material to check out!

Very interesting! Do you have any papers available for those interested, or any nice recommendations for articles or books about the topic?

justwatch.com has been a great resource for me when I’ve needed to find a movie in the past.. definitely recommend you check it out, especially if you have friends living in other countries as catalogues are usually country-specific!

ACM Cyber seems to be doing a lot of nice work! I'm very envious that I have no way of attending their many events, as they seem to be doing a lot of interesting talks and generally share their passions about cybersecurity (and obviously physical pentesting too)!

While I agree with your nitpick, I think it’s sadly a much larger problem than just the gaming community. IMDb, MAL and other review sites I know all have this “below 7 means complete trash”. I’m sadly guilty of it myself, although I try to use all the numbers.

What type of embedded have you worked with? 😀

Very neat! I especially like that it’s easily extendable by simply shrinking or growing the grid. Could be a great little time killer!

And while she lacks some of the critical angles that I would have wanted to see from an interview with someone as influential as Mark Zuckerberg, I still nonetheless find her new series "Huge Conversations" very nice and this particular interview a great watch and listen.
