This is the clarity we need from @gorskon.bsky.social and many others.

Let’s start with these immigrants.

🔥WATCH: 🇬🇧’s Julia Hartley-Brewer showing everyone how it’s done. Master class. Why can’t 🇺🇸 media do this to Trump, Musk, and everyone else enabling this? Full: www.instagram.com/reel/DGYb7Ox...

Great advice on helping someone who is grieving.

BREAKING: MASSIVE Ukraine rally in Washington, D.C. right now. Americans care even if Trump doesn’t.

Donald Trump is making sure his friends, from Jeff Bezos to Elon Musk, are getting massive tax cuts. Instead of lowering prices for working families, his taxes will make life harder than ever. Here in Illinois, we're finding a way forward together to fight the challenges.

AZ AG Kris Mayes: This is a coup by Trump against our Constitution, because they are violating not only the separation of powers but also the court orders We have federal judges saying to Donald Trump and Elon Musk, “Stop this now,” and yet we believe they are violating those orders.

Heroin addict and steroid abuser wants the rest of us to to make as smart decisions about our health as he has.

PIERS: “How could Zelensky have an election in the middle of a war?” TUCKER: “How did FDR?” PIERS: “Nobody had invaded America.” 🎯 (Reminder — Not holding elections during wartime is not new: www.atlanticcouncil.org/blogs/ukrain...)

(📢) MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: The Daily Beast publishes a sourced allegation that Trump has been a Russian spy since 1987 and then—possibly under some form of threat—deletes it. But in an act of unusual heroism, it left it up long enough for Wayback Machine to capture it text. Here it is (please share):

Nailed it.

General Charles Q. Brown Jr., Faithfully and Honorably served the Constitution and The People of the US for 41-years in the USAF. His last posting was as the 21st Chairman of The Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was unjustly fired by the dangerously unqualified SECDEF. I proudly stand with Gen. Brown.

None of this has anything to do with effectiveness, or “lethality,” or promoting “warfighters," or any other buzzwords. It is praetorianism, plain and simple, and it is an assault on our military and our democracy. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

Laguna Beach is an art colony. We support the arts. Chip Bok is the brilliant award-winning political cartoonist that created this artwork.

WATCH: “You just said something that’s not true — that tens of millions of dead people are on that list… but the same report you cited said almost none of them have received Social security.” Trump’s Press Sec hides behind saying they “suspect” it, then runs away 🤔

Can we just seize the Russian assets already and give them to Ukraine? Good lord just do it

I said what I said.

Dear @cnn.com, The judge did not “vacate” the trial. He adjourned it. Then he appointed an amicus curiae to argue against dismissing the charges. Who writes your headlines?

BREAKING: USCP is arresting Enrique Tarrio for swiping his hand at a counterprotester who got in his face.

Donald Trump is NOT a Republican. He is a pawn of a long-running intelligence operation by the Russian SVR and GRU.

Floating the idea of them stupid ass checks from DOGE is literally a distraction while they keep ruining the country. "Here's 5000 bucks, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" (wizard of oz reference)

Mark my words—He is going to try to shut down mail-in voting. When he does, we will sue and we will win. www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

If you’re that afraid you should step aside and make room for people who aren’t.

This would be completely illegal. But you wouldn’t know that from reading this post, the headline, or the lede. Unbelievably bad.

New York Post cover 👀

Canadians are now referring to the United States as the 11th province

Yo DOGE, Found your waste! 👇🏼

How it started Vs. How it’s going.

All the cowardly media outlets had to do was stand together, refuse to cover the admin PR stunts until the AP was back. Of course they didn’t because they are cowards. And now they will be picked off one by one. Courage has a shelf life. Use it. Or go away.

I regret* to inform you that @propublica.org has updated our DOGE tracker again with a bunch more names: projects.propublica.org/elon-musk-do... *delight

No, but if you’re looking for one, I am aware of a guy you work with that was indicted four times and convicted of thirty-four felonies.

Spineless, yellow-bellied, lily-livered, weak-kneed, pusillanimous chickenshits.

#SlavaUkraïni forever!

"And it is vital that any deal reached brings an enduring peace, that Russia will never again try to take one square kilometer of Ukrainian land" - NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

“I will use every tool at my disposal to protect this country from Trump. I will litigate to defend voting rights until there are no cases left to bring. I will speak out against authoritarianism until my last breath. “I will not back down. I will not bow or scrape. I will never obey.”

Hate to break it to you, Senator, but Trump is not Neville Chamberlain. As misguided and naive as Chamberlain was, he was at least acting in good faith and in what he believed was the cause of peace. Trump is Joachim von Ribbentrop—or worse.

Members of Congress swear an oath to defend the Constitution. If they are too scared to follow through on that—not unreasonable, many really are getting harassment and death threats—then they should step down so someone who is up for the job can do it. Of 220m US adults, only 535 are in Congress.

“I am a king and my will is law” isn’t a clever distraction from what he’s doing, it’s the central underlying justification for everything he’s doing.

Our government is being dismantled in a fast-moving coup because a bunch of ostensible adults are afraid of mean tweets from a spent 78 year old skin bag who wears Oompa Loompa makeup.

Re-upping for the evening crowd:

An important detail that I think gets lost in the madness: Federal workers are categorized as "probationary" when they get promoted. So experts who've worked in government for 10, 20, 30 years are getting indiscriminately cut in the DOGE purge because they got promoted, not because they're new.
