Listen Charles this one was poll tested and frankly leopards just work more with our target demographic than chimpanzees. I can’t wait to get these poll results on Aaron Judge’s batting strategy…

Nazis? They brought back Nazi salutes to close out the final season? Come on now, isn’t that a bit much?

Instead, the Rams and Stafford can gain a better understanding of his value outside the team, potentially making it easier to get a contract done. That remains the hope that outside help can assist in gauging the market and seeing his value — and that this results in his return to LA.

THIS. I said elsewhere he actually did a good job when Dems had WH and Sen. But now that Dems are in the minority in WH, Sen, and House his calm soft spoken DC speak falls flat. While ironically if he stripped the DC speak his style of prose would be great for mocking and jabbing Trump. But alas

At this rate, with the excess of bathrooms that were already in that building, everyone still left will have their own private stall. (Sorry for the gallows humor but it’s either that or cry in a corner)

Again, one of the things that's been so frustrating about the inflation/retrospective voting arguments about the 2024 election is all the Calvinball, whereby things like gas prices & unemployment that everyone said were central to how we thought about politics & the economy didn't matter anymore:

Federal AG were prosecuting Adams but Trump and his DOJ stepped in to dismiss the case. Ex-prosecutors felt that was inappropriate. But since prosecution/DOJ and defendant (Adams) want the case dismissed, Ho brought in someone to argue against dismissal on behalf of the now resigned prosecutors.

One of the lessons the right learned from Trump is you can’t be shamed if you have no shame. And for someone as clearly as socially awkward and inherently weird as Elon it was perfect. Which furthered his slide 4Chan “trolling for the lulz” mentality. It fueled him more than his money.

What’s frustrating (? Wild? Confusing?) is that I would have said the same thing even AFTER the Tea Party polarization born out of a Black president. But America’s racism was so strong that it set the stage for Trump to force an R lead Congress and SCOTUS to willingly bend the knee in under a decade

It would look like Trump declaring martial law and he and R states trying to cancel elections and have their R majority state officials declare the winners.

I think his point was how “we” as Americans are viewed by the world. He admits that many are opposed to the direction America is heading, but sadly many (inexplicably) do. And we are all Americans. And it’s hard not to see America as the bad guy, or at least siding with the bad guys

Also: Dudek says he was appointed over the weekend, which, if so, means the person in charge of Americans’ Social Security changed over the weekend in secret with no public notice — and Americans only learned about it on Monday night when the Post reported it.

He is firing IGs *because he believes he is King*. He is firing federal workers *because he believes he is King*. He wants to invade Canada *because he believes he is King*. They are all sub-connectors to his theory of power, which is in direct opposition to constitutional government.
