I am fully aware of all of the "preventative" measures; practiced all that were within my control, still got covid. Not suffering from long covid, thankfully. But it is impossible to avoid unless everyone does actually buy in to all of the things. Sadly, most don't or won't.

Ok, but more about what we can do to solve this now. It is virtually impossible to avoid covid completely; I tried and was 3 mRNA shots in before I got it. Now my whole family has had it at least once. We all know (smart folks anyway) that it is harmful, but we need to know how to reduce the harm!

This is so interesting. I used to hate the actual messes I got into cooking with kids, but my brain insisted that they must do it. There is so much learning in the kitchen. Now, nothing brings me more joy than being in the kitchen with my teen. The chaos was worth it! She's good!
