It is what they did with black people as well. Jail time for minor infractions.

I was going to say: who do you think picks the vegetables for the canned goods?

The bigger, the parade, the smaller, the heart, the Lord, the standard of ethics and moral values he has. And we can add sense of self-worth to that list as well. This man needs praise lavished on him because he knows that he has not earned it.

Hitler used the same scheme: he referred to Jewish people as vermin, bugs, etc. such that they were no longer considered human being and the German people found it easier to accept annihilation. That is the same strategy right here. Immigrants are being dehumanized. It is the same.

Another one??? Good. For. Them.

We just saw a T-truck at a parking lot. I said "reminded me of the evil Star Wars machines". Yup.

I am proud of my nephew. He is now going to therapy to dismantle the parenting by his father.

Your choice of adjectives to describe his work is revealing. You clearly do not like him. Again. Different perspectives.

Good for you. Some people aren't able to articúlate what they need. Me? I read, underline, take notes and then if it is something I really want to KNOW and be able to explain to the less informed, I rewrite my notes! Everyone is different.

Different learning styles. I personally like his approach. An anonymous voice reading the words of the witnesses versus someone acting out what they think they were feeling. It is different.

Thanks for reply. I was referring to the living

Jack: we are indeed fortunate. My dad is 90 and my mom is 89. Every day. Every weekend. Every year I am grateful.

I have it in English, but while studying Spanish, I bought a book of ancient Spanish legends IN SPANISH and omg, words from the 15th century!

Pare Lorenz; I just looked him up. It is in the National Film Registry at the Library of Congress. Yes, USA capitalism/greed has destroyed a great deal of our natural resources and caused unnatural weather events, including killing marine life with fertilizer drain off.

I read it as an adult and I was haunted by it.

I would add those who are not mothers biologically but "mother" other people/children EVERY DAY, during work & daily life. One does not have to push a baby through their vagina to be able "to mother".

But reality is they might lie.

Perhaps he should have made more donations in the name of Target (I say this in reference To Taco Bell asking consumers to pad their bills so TB can make a donation). I tell them: have your CEO do it from his salary. I am poor. She/he is not. Stop asking your customers to make you look good.

I thought he had declined that!!!!

Been there, did that with sour dough bread!

I have been watching the British Bake-off. The crust at the sides/bend of the pan needs to be thinner and the lemon curd needed to be a shade thicker. The crusts were perfectly crumbly and flakey, the whipping cream and meringue mounded very high. 10/10 for flavor on both of them!!!

Happy Easter to you too. You were, and still are, a bright and shining light (that beautiful yellow Easter outfit is proof) and I look forward to watching your remarkable journey forward.

We just had them. There are no words and with great humility they were a 9/10 (I found some things I would correct!)

Make one for your Dad - even if he is no longer living - Do it and think about him the whole time.

Just had a little conversation about the same at a chain store. Me: "No. please tell your CEO or shareholders to make the contribution from their bank accounts and stop bugging us, the people who pay their salaries and dividends!"

Yes! I cannot begin to describe the amalgam of flavor: lemon, salt, heat, pasta, green olives… I love flavor!
