It makes perfect sense. 60 years ago was long before organ transplant was a regular thing, the invention of fentanyl, and new medical care allowed foloks with chronic diseases to live past 40. It justy means there are a lot more opportunities to survive out there vs 60 years ago...

When I become rich enough I can hire folks to manage my social media accounts, I'm going to make sure they add a little toilet emoji on all posts they are making on my behalf - this way when they start talking amoung themselves I don't let my other personalities escape...

The biggest cause of homelessness is being homeless. Once you get into that hole it's almost impossible to climb back out... Try getting ANY job (temp or otherwise) without an address.

Content delivery is definitely one pillar of the approach. But beyond that folks need to get a lot better at using the "law as written" to their advantage. Let their strict literalism come back to bite them...

There should be some central government clearing house, where providers can submit their invoices and let the government hash out payments from the insurance companies. This way folks can get medical treatment without worrying about bills. Maybe call it Medical treatment For All (MFA)...
